guys i need your advice. Yesterday I dropped my 1 year old Galaxy S4 when a massive spider crawled on my leg and i jumped up to get it off me. I could have been put in that situation a million times and I would have reacted the exact same way so there was no…
If you are on the jump program it would cost about $100 to get an s5. Otherwise, the insurance is your best bet. If you have the screen replaced you will more than likely have to have someone outside an actual T-mobile store do it and you cannot guarantee that it will be done right. So it might cost you $80 and then break 2 days later. I just went through this, I think to get the most for your price…Jump to the S5.
my gosh thank you. Someone just informed me something similar about getting it fixed but it may not be done right so I’ll just get a new phone. I still have another 400 bucks to pay on the s4 though so if anyone knows how my continued payments for a new phone would work please let me know
You don’t have to pay off the phone. You won’t be making payments on the old phone plus a new one. You basically are giving them the current phone…ending payments and then picking up payments for the new phone. That’s why they actually encourage you NOT to pay off your phone up front, in case you want to swap you didn’t fork out $500 to turn around and fork another $500 out. I would go in and talk to them, Tmobile it usually pretty nice and very helpful. Good luck!
